What is the warranty policy for a product?
Helix Pro Grip guarantees the correct condition of the products it sells, however, in the event of receiving a defective product, we will cover the return costs and exchange it for one in good condition, as long as it is delivered to us within the original reception conditions, that is, maintaining the original wrapping and packaging.
