Where we ship from

All orders leave our warehouse in Madrid (Spain).

Delivery times

• Mainland Spain: delivery in 24-48 business hours.
• Rest of Europe, United Kingdom and other countries: the estimated delivery time for your country is shown at checkout.

We pack orders on business days. When your order ships we email you the tracking number.

Cost and free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country. Free shipping applies above a minimum order amount that depends on your country: you'll see it in the bar at the top of the site and in your cart.

Customs

Import taxes or duties may apply to shipments outside the European Union. When they are not included in the price, checkout tells you.

Problems with delivery

If your order is delayed or tracking stops updating, email us at info@helixprogrip.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
